Maya Model

This screen capture is for the exploring practice presentation due tomorrow, although not nearly finished this was the only way I could get a MOV export as my computer and maya have once again decided to rise up against each other. Still it is only supposed to be a snapshot in time of progress so it will do for now. I am also having issues with geometry disappearing when I instance it for duplicating the other side but once this issue is resolved or I find another way of doing it, it should not take much longer to complete the model. Hooray.

The master's blog has been submitted so all updates on that have come to a stop..at least for a week. In other news the Maya model is slowly taking shape, the aim is to have it roughly modelled for the presentation on Wednesday but I fear that may be too ambitious!

I had to start again due to having a corrupted Maya file, a complicated model and forgetful snap issues however it was clearly for the best and fun to remodel as I had Ciaran's good company and mocha on hand. It is also a much more manageable file and feels like it is maybe slowly getting there. Maybe....
